flüf is a web app, which means it works in your browser on any device, no download required. You can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience. A native iOS and Android app is planned for a later phase.

Where is flüf available?

flüf is currently available in the United Kingdom only. As we expand, we’ll announce new regions as they become available.

If you’re visiting from outside the UK, you can still explore our website, but you’ll need to wait a little longer before creating an account.

Why is flüf a web app, not something I download?

flüf runs entirely in your browser — no download, no app store, no updates to manage. You can use it on your phone, tablet, or computer from any browser you already have.

We built flüf as a web app deliberately. It means you can get to your pet's record instantly, from anywhere, without friction. It also meant we could build something well-crafted and thoughtfully designed without the cost of maintaining separate iOS and Android apps at the same time. flüf is self-funded, and building web-first let us put every pound into the product itself.

That said, being a web app does not mean cutting corners on security. Your data is stored securely, access is protected, and we take your privacy seriously. We do not sell your data, and we never will.

To sign in, flüf uses a magic link — a secure, one-time link sent to your email address. No password to create, forget, or lose. Just click the link and you're in. It's one of the safest ways to authenticate, and it keeps things simple.

Is flüf for dogs and cats?

Yes. flüf is built for both dogs and cats, with a distinct profile for each pet. It is designed to support households with multiple pets, including more than one dog, more than one cat, or a mix of both, all managed in one trusted place.

Can I use flüf for more than one pet?

Yes. You can create a profile for each pet under one account. Whether you have one dog, one cat, or a household of both — they each get their own space.

Can I share my pet's profile?

Yes, and this is one of the things flüf is built around. You can share a pet's profile with anyone who cares for them: a dog walker, a sitter, a vet, or a family member. They see what's relevant, and you stay in control of what data you share.

Who can see my pet's data?

Only you, and anyone you explicitly invite to see it. We don't sell data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. Your pet's records belong to you.

Does flüf use AI?

Not for version one. We want to launch an app that delivers human-centric clarity and reliability first. If and when we introduce AI, it will be to surface patterns that genuinely help pet parents.
